TRADE & CORPORATE
CLIENTS
The below payment and
delivery options are specifically for orders placed on
the website. End users have to place their orders through
the website and have to have their order deliverd.
With Trade clients and
Corporates, please email
sales@perkalgifts.co.za
with the product codes of the items you wish to order
and quantity required. We will in turn revert with your
price based on the product and quantity thereof. Once
you are ready to order you can email your sales
consultant a purchase order and he/she will revert with
an invoice. Collection or delivery is available for
trade and corporate clients.
Upon
pacing an online order (During checkout) you will be
asked to select from the following forms of payment:
- The
preferred method of payment is via electronic transfer
- this can also be done on site however we will always
need to wait for payment to reflect in our FNB account
before dispatching your order..

Cheques are accepted for invoices below R2000.00.
However, cheques deposited into our bank account
normally take 5- 7 working days to clear. Stock will
not be released until the funds have cleared.
- All
major Credit cards are welcome. .
- Cash
is not accepted.

Buy on terms on pay loan back over up to 12 months -

Delivery
Options Locally (Within South Africa) clients can choose
between:

Dawn-wing Couriers,
- South
African Post Office,
- Speed
Service Couriers or
-
Sending your own couriers to collect from our offices
in JHB - Only available for corporate or trade users
and not for end users.
Upon placing an order you will be given the choice
between these different methods. Local delivery costs
are calculated according to our
delivery table listed here,
these charges are automatically calculated by the system
on checkout. Please allow for 3 -10 days for the
respective delivery service to deliver once payment has
been received

Note: The system sometimes miscalculates
shipping costs, should this happen when placing an
order, we will let you know and we will manually
calculate delivery for you and refund you pro rata.

Our
Corporate and trade clients upon placing large orders (either via
the website, email, fax etc) will -at Perkals
discretion- sometimes be granted free delivery on their
orders to reward their loyalty, should you feel you
qualify for free delivery, please query this with your
sales consultant.
